"For me, a therapist is being
a conduit of awareness, and clarity- an opportunity to encourage positive change."

I grew up on the East Coast outside of Washington D.C., went to the University of Massachusetts, and took a job working for the federal government.  After graduating business school, I moved to California to work for two entertainment studios and an audio technology company.

I decided after twenty years to go back to graduate school and begin my clinical training to help support those in need. I've worked in various communities and environments including mental health agencies, school districts, colleges, and private practice.

I have extensive experience working with children, adolescents, young adults, couples, and families. I have spent considerable time providing clinical support to various diverse populations and those with neurodivergent needs. Through these experiences, I have gained a deep compassion and understanding of the human condition.

When it comes to young adults, I specialize in person-centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and solutions-focused models that can provide a fresh perspective on identifying coping techniques that people from all walks of life can adapt in making positive change.

Hey, it's not all work. I have a family of my own with a wife who I've been married to for almost 30 years and three children. I enjoy traveling, spending time with my family, walking my two dogs, and "attempting" to work out while listening to music.

I'm incredibly proud to be a licensed therapist and honored to have an opportunity to work with you.
